Career & Industry Highlights
Glenn began his career in Brisbane, as a financial planner with Sunsuper. Over the years, he has gained a vast range of knowledge from working with renowned companies such as Charter Group, MLC and AMP.

Glenn moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2009 with his wife, Donna, and his 3 children, Parrish, Maya and Jem. In 2009, Glenn established A&K Financial Planning on the Sunshine Coast and has since seen it evolve into a successful practice, with staff members who all pride themselves on providing excellent client service with a personalised touch.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, Glenn has a passion for rugby league, horse racing and fitness.

Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Rani has worked in the Financial Planning industry for 11 years and has been an integral part of the A&K Team since July 2013. 

Originally starting out as a receptionist in 2006, Rani worked her way up to Senior Client Service Manager, and is now the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Glenn Adams. She has extensive experience in direct shares and Self-Managed Super Funds.

In her free time, Rani enjoys travelling, coffee, early morning ocean swims and spending time with her partner, Nick.

Debbie Willmott

Senior Client Service Manager

Debbie has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years. She made the decision to move from her hometown in Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast in 2014 with her husband Jim and her 2 children, Oscar (9) and Alice (6). 

Deb is a renowned ‘people person’ who loves meeting and helping our clients with their administration needs.

In her free time, Deb loves kayaking, walking and spending time at the beach with her family.
